Polhas Polyester Plastik İnşaat Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as “Polhas”) guarantees high quality standards for all water tank products it manufactures.
The warranty terms below apply to products manufactured and offered for sale by Polhas.

1. Warranty Period

Polhas products are covered under warranty for 2 (two) years from the invoice date.
Within the warranty period, your product will be repaired free of charge against any material and workmanship defects arising from manufacturing, or replaced with a new one if deemed necessary.

2. Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers only malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects.

3.Procedures Under Warranty

If a manufacturing-related defect occurs during the warranty period:

1. The product is inspected by the POLHAS technical team to determine the issue.
2. If the defect is covered under warranty, the necessary repair is carried out free of charge.
3. Transportation, disassembly–reassembly, and installation services are not covered under the warranty.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

• If the original serial number of the product has been removed or altered
• If any modification has been made to the product
• If the product is used with industrial chemicals, corrosive substances, or at high temperatures
• If the product is damaged during transportation or storage
• If the product is exposed to physical impact, excessive pressure, or external factors (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)
• If the product is repaired or modified by unauthorized persons
• User-related malfunctions such as incorrect installation, faulty connections, or exposure to chemicals
• Use of the product in unsuitable environments
• Use contrary to the “USAGE WARNING LABEL” on the product

5. Warranty Certificate and Service

To benefit from warranty services, you must present the invoice or warranty certificate provided with your product.

6.Additional Information

Polhas prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction in its products.Repair and maintenance services outside the warranty scope may also be provided by the Polhas technical service team for a reasonable fee.
